Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges: 
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product via email at contact@dazzleybox.com and include a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement of the same product. If a replacement of the same product is not available, we will issue you a refund for the month's purchase price (for 6 month subscriptions the month's purchase price will be "the total amount paid"/6, for 12 month subscriptions the month's purchase price will be "the total amount paid"/12. We do not allow refunds or exchanges for undamaged products.

Gifts: 
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product via email at contact@dazzleybox.com and include a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement of the same product. If a replacement of the same product is not available, we will issue you a coupon code for a free one month subscription to Dazzley Box. We do not allow refunds or exchanges for undamaged products.
